How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Our average delivery time is 5–10 working days. Orders typically take 2–3 working days to process, and 3–7 working days for shipping.

We want you to love your purchase — but if something’s not quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

That gives you a full four weeks to review your item and decide if it’s the perfect fit for you. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition

Do Motivox products come with a warranty?

Yes — every Motivox product is backed by a 12-month warranty, covering any faults or defects not caused by accidental damage or misuse.

If you experience an issue within that time, simply get in touch — we’ll be happy to repair, replace, or find a solution that works for you.

Even outside the warranty period, we’re still here to help with advice on chargeable repairs or replacement parts.

International Orders
Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide! Motivox offers international delivery to most countries.

We will show tracking details are usually sent 2-3days before your order is due for delivery.If you’d like an update sooner, just get in touch — we’ll be happy to provide the latest status on your shipment.
