Refund and Return

Cancellation of order

We accept cancellation of orders before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Returns
We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and must be in its original packaging. In order to complete a return, we need your receipt or proof of purchase. Please consult our customer service to make sure you are sending the package to the correct address.

Notes
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for a 14-day refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should bear the shipping costs. The specific cost depends on the courier you choose.
If the item received is damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping costs incurred.
There is no restocking fee for the return.

Refunds

Once we receive and review your return, we will send you a receipt notification via email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process your refund and automatically refund the amount to your credit card or your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially credited. Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time for the refund to be credited. If you have completed all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@motivox.co.uk.
